Description

You will serve as a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant, owning the development, integration, and performance tuning of PeopleSoft applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain third-party integrations using Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker (API).
• Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Conduct performance tuning for PeopleSoft applications and database operations.
• Design and maintain database tables and schemas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable HCM solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience implementing PeopleSoft integration tools.
• Experience in performance tuning PeopleSoft applications.
• Experience in database design.
• Bachelor's degree.
