You will lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a comprehensive overhaul of Benefits Administration processes within PeopleSoft HCM.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Benefits Administration process improvements and system configurations.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Benefits Administration stakeholders to gather requirements and define goals.
Configure and customize the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits module to align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee the deployment of new system configurations.
Develop documentation and training materials to support process transitions and mentor internal staff.
Required Skills
14+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM functional consultant.
Deep expertise in the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration module, including configuration, eligibility rules, event maintenance, and carrier interfaces.
Proven track record leading large-scale PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration implementations or re-engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft PeopleTools and related technologies.
Proficiency in project management and managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in higher education or public sector environments.
