Description

You will lead the assessment, design, and implementation of a comprehensive overhaul of Benefits Administration processes within PeopleSoft HCM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Benefits Administration process improvements and system configurations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Benefits Administration stakeholders to gather requirements and define goals.
• Configure and customize the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits module to align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and oversee the deployment of new system configurations.
• Develop documentation and training materials to support process transitions and mentor internal staff.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM functional consultant.
• Deep expertise in the PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration module, including configuration, eligibility rules, event maintenance, and carrier interfaces.
• Proven track record leading large-scale PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration implementations or re-engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft PeopleTools and related technologies.
• Proficiency in project management and managing multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in higher education or public sector environments.
