Description

You will lead PeopleSoft HCM functional workstreams and manage complex change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members through end-to-end implementation and upgrade cycles.
• Represent Change Management Requests before committee meetings to secure CAB approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and track change request cycles.
• Identify dependencies and roadblocks, collaborating with stakeholders to implement workaround solutions.
• Monitor progress of change requests and publish status reports to all relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.
• Proven track record with 2 or 3 end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or support cycles.
• Comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle and development methodologies.
• Experience managing Change Management processes and interacting with CAB committees.
• ServiceNow (SNOW) experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a Fusion context.
