Description

Lead functional operations and technical implementations for PeopleSoft HCM systems in San Carlos, CA.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2 implementations, support, and development cycles.
• Manage core module configurations including NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Drive technical and functional requirements for PeopleSoft application upgrades.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and offshore teams through daily handshakes to ensure project continuity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Deep functional expertise in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft AWE (Approval Workflow Engine).
• Proficiency in Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Proven experience managing global projects and stakeholder coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 Upgrade processes.
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
