Description

Lead the functional implementation, support, and development of PeopleSoft HCM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage PeopleSoft HCM implementations and support across core modules.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to define and manage customer-facing requirements.
• Facilitate daily handovers and technical coordination with offshore teams in India.
• Apply technical expertise to manage integrations and Application Workbench (AWE) requirements.
• Drive problem-solving and analytical efforts for complex HCM functional issues.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in PeopleSoft environments.
• Deep functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2.
• Specialized knowledge of North American Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft, comprising approximately 40% of the role.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft Integrations and Application Workbench (AWE).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft application upgrades (HR 9.1/9.2).
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
