Description

Lead the implementation, support, and development of PeopleSoft HCM modules in a customer-facing capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional processes for NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Manage integrations and AWE requirements to support business processes.
• Drive technical and functional solutions across Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Support PeopleSoft application upgrades and global project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and offshore teams through daily handshakes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2.
• Deep functional expertise in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft integrations and AWE.
• Hands-on experience with Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Ability to balance a 60% functional and 40% technical workload.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex global projects.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder management and customer-facing roles.
• Availability to work from San Carlos, CA and coordinate with India-based teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft application upgrades (HR 9.1/9.2).
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
