Description

You will serve as the PeopleSoft eRecruit Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between current implementations and desired future states to improve user experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft 9.2 Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) and Candidate Gateway against stakeholder requirements.
• Configure and customize TAM and Candidate Gateway modules to optimize recruitment workflows and align with policies.
• Design and execute unit, system, user acceptance testing (UAT), and independent Software Quality Assurance (SQA) plans.
• Analyze PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases to advise on applicability and implementation.
• Liaise between HR and technical teams to document functional requirements and ensure system alignment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
• 6+ years of requirements analysis and generating detailed design specifications.
• 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Talent Acquisition Manager and Candidate Gateway.
• 5+ years of Oracle SQL experience.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft query development.
• 5+ years of ability to read and interpret PeopleCode.
• 4+ years of experience with at least two implementations of Performance Management, Recruit, or ELM.
• Proficiency with PUM.
• 16+ years of professional work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
