Description

You will lead a team supporting PeopleSoft HR and Payroll applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports responsible for PeopleSoft HR and Payroll systems.
• Oversee integrations between PeopleSoft and other dependent systems.
• Prioritize projects and tasks based on evolving customer needs.
• Build consensus among stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Deliver reporting and data analysis using SQL.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports for HR or Payroll applications.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and reporting tools.
• Experience with Oracle, Workday, or Cloud ERP environments.
• Proven ability to manage system integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules.
