Description

You will serve as a functional and technical specialist for PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 systems, managing implementation, support, and development for North America Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and support for NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Execute technical tasks involving integrations and Automation Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a customer-facing capacity on global projects.
• Collaborate with offshore teams in India through daily one-hour handovers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
• Strong functional expertise in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Technical proficiency in PeopleSoft development.
• Hands-on experience with AWE and integrations.
• Experience with Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Ability to work on global projects and manage stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
