Description

You will own the operations, maintenance, and enhancement of the PeopleSoft Pension Administration system for client-administered pension plans.

Responsibilities

• Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot pension processes to ensure accurate and compliant calculations and estimates.
• Implement customizations driven by pension legislation, regulatory requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Migrate legacy data to the centralized PeopleSoft pension administration system.
• Configure pension rules including eligibility, participation, consolidation, vesting, and benefit formulas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Pension Administration.
• Expertise in pension configuration, including administration module tables and calculation phases (individual and batch).
• Proficiency with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, App Engine, and COBOL.
• Deep knowledge of consolidated hours, earnings, contributions, and service eligibility.
• Experience managing vesting service, plan eligibility, and benefit earning limitations (415 Limit, 401(a)(17) Limits).
• Experience with retiree payroll, annual actuarial valuation reporting, and cost of living adjustments.
• Knowledge of pension loans administration and service purchase buybacks.
