Description

Lead technical IT projects for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, owning planning, execution, and delivery of all project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and manage resource allocation across technical teams.
• Run steering committee meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff to align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Project Management experience specifically leading PeopleSoft HCM (version 9.2) projects.
• 5 years of experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or other ERP-scale projects.
• Active PMP certification.
• Experience working with Agile methodology.
• Proven ability to lead technical enterprise system projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• Ability to attend occasional on-site meetings in Richmond, VA.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with VA state agencies or the State Cardinal system.
