Description
You will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft software solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft software solutions using established development standards.
- Analyze requirements, plan designs, and handle documentation, error exceptions, and performance improvements.
- Manage the full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and manage PeopleSoft tools and configurations to ensure system stability.
- Develop complex reports that incorporate sound business logic.
Required Skills
- 3 to 9 years of experience with PeopleSoft tools.
- Expertise in PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
- Hands-on experience with SQR, BI Publisher, Component Interface, and Excel to Component Interface (CI).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Query Manager.
- Experience with Page Design and report development.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Contracts, and Projects.
- Domain knowledge in HR functions such as Leave Management, Payroll, Recruitment, and Timesheets.
- Any Graduate degree.
