Description

Validate PeopleSoft HCM NA HR and Payroll business requirements through systematic testing and analysis.

You will own the release and validation lifecycle for client-specific PeopleSoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute detailed system test plans derived from functional and technical analysis.
• Report bugs with accurate reproduction steps and assist with debugging to isolate root causes.
• Verify bug resolutions and track issues through to closure.
• Manage and maintain manual and automated testing suites alongside test data.
• Perform regression and acceptance testing on client-specific PeopleSoft environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering.
• Hands-on experience testing PeopleSoft HCM NA HR and Payroll modules.
• Ability to translate technical analysis into comprehensive test plans.
• Proficiency in issue reporting and bug tracking tools.
• Experience applying updates to client environments and performing system testing.
• Technical and coding skills to support debugging and testing activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
