Description

Manage the design, development, and maintenance of PeopleSoft HCM and payroll systems within an SDLC framework.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and implement technical solutions, including coding, configuration, installation, and debugging.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional system specifications and operational scenarios.
• Troubleshoot system issues, monitor HCM software, and ensure data accuracy across payroll and HR processes.
• Resolve user requests and manage system processes to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Ability to write macros and queries.
• Strong functional knowledge of Excel.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in US HR Payroll.
• Experience in project management or production support.
• Ability to code and create SQL reports.
