Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.

Develop and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and external payroll, timekeeping, FSCM, reporting, and third-party systems.

Develop and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces, inbound/outbound integrations, and data exchange processes.

Work closely with functional analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Assist functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues, application defects, and interface failures.

Perform technical analysis, debugging, root-cause analysis, and provide timely fixes for production issues.

Support critical payroll processing cycles and provide technical assistance during payroll runs as required.

Collaborate with the System Administration team for migration and deployment of PeopleSoft projects to production.

Prepare technical documentation, development specifications, deployment documentation, and support-related documentation.

Participate in unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and regression testing.

Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to PeopleSoft development standards.

Support application enhancements, patches, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of PeopleSoft solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM development.

Experience working with PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

Strong knowledge of PeopleTools.

Strong experience developing and supporting PeopleSoft integrations.

Experience integrating PeopleSoft with payroll, timekeeping, FSCM, reporting, and third-party applications.

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Experience with production support and defect resolution.

Understanding of PeopleSoft migration and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x and PeopleTools 8.5x.

Experience supporting Payroll North America environments.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid UI is an advantage.

Experience with web services, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and other integration technologies.

Experience working with PeopleSoft PUM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Experience working in large enterprise production environments.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Technical Development, with strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and PeopleSoft integrations
