Description

You will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications focusing on payroll functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM modules, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal performance.
• Integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing and HCM components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM engineer, emphasizing payroll modules.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM architecture and data structures.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing and compliance requirements.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version [insert specific version] or higher.
• Strong skills in problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
