Description

You will lead the migration of HR operations from PeopleSoft 9.2 to Oracle HCM, focusing on benefits and payroll modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end transition of benefits and payroll modules from PeopleSoft 9.2 to Oracle HCM.
• Perform system enhancements and rigorous validations to ensure data integrity during the migration process.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues within benefits and payroll workflows.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert to resolve implementation errors occurring during the Oracle HCM transition.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM environments.
• Deep technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM.
• Functional knowledge of HR processes, specifically benefits and payroll management.
• Proven ability to perform system troubleshooting and data validation.
