Description

Manage PeopleSoft HCM and Finance modules in a hybrid techno-functional role based in San Carlos, CA.

You will implement and support PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2 modules including NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits. Provide 60% functional support and 40% technical expertise for system development and maintenance. Manage integrations and Automated Workflow Engine (AWE) requirements. Coordinate with global stakeholders and offshore teams through daily handshakes. Support Core HR and Self Service modules within global projects.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2.
• Proficiency in NA Payroll, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Base Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integrations and AWE.
• Technical expertise in PeopleSoft development.
• Experience with Core HR and Self Service modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work onsite in San Carlos, CA.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PeopleSoft application upgrades (HR 9.1/9.2).
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.1.
