Description

You will design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications with a primary focus on payroll functionalities.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft HCM modules, including payroll, to meet organizational needs.
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and patches for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing and HCM components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a PeopleSoft HCM engineer, emphasizing payroll modules.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
• In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM architecture, data structures, and integration points.
• Solid understanding of payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM version [insert specific version] or higher.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle database systems.
