Description

Lead the implementation and support of the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client business requirements for time and labor management processes.
• Configure and customize the module, including time entry rules, time reporting codes, work schedules, and pay rules.
• Integrate Time and Labor with HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules or third-party systems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot defects, and provide ongoing end-user support.
• Develop training materials and lead user training sessions to ensure module adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience with end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor configuration.
• Expertise in time entry, absence management, overtime calculation, and labor distribution.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Strong understanding of integration points between Time and Labor and other PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance for time and labor management.
• Experience in project planning, estimation, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Assist with data conversion and migration activities to ensure accurate data transfer.
