Description

You will provide production support, development, and upgrade assistance for a legacy on-premise PeopleSoft HCM system running on PeopleTools 8.58.03 / PUM 34.

Federal clearance is mandatory. This role is remote (EST Time Zone Only).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and deliver quick fixes for PeopleSoft HCM applications.
• Develop enhancements and customize solutions using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
• Manage Benefits Administration processes, including Open Enrollment, Life Events, and eligibility configuration.
• Support integrations involving XML, flat files, and vendor interfaces.
• Participate in upgrade activities, retrofits, patch implementation, and testing phases (Unit, System, UAT).

Required Skills

• 12+ years of PeopleSoft HCM technical development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Benefits Administration and Base Benefits modules.
• Strong expertise with PeopleTools 8.58 and PUM environments.
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces (CI), and SQR.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge.
• Experience with benefits configuration, eligibility rules, and business processes.
• Knowledge of vendor integrations and interface support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHIRE, STAT, or other change management tools.
• Exposure to benefits vendors such as Aetna, Fidelity, or similar providers.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment for large enterprise environments.
