You will design technical strategies to enhance HR systems by maximizing PeopleSoft capabilities and increasing interoperability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to deliver new functionality while reducing the complexity of PeopleSoft customizations.
• Create strategies to improve system interoperability, streamline workflows, and eliminate duplicate data entry.
• Design to-be architecture considering enterprise standards, security requirements, and shared services.
• Participate in prototyping, proof of concept exercises, and the finalization of functional and technical requirements.
• Document legacy system architecture and create artifacts required to support software development life cycle standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Proven PeopleSoft implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft configurations and identifying alternatives for requirements not efficiently met by standard settings.
• Experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) artifacts and industry standards.
• Ability to perform technical analyses and develop recommendations for program governance.
• Experience with interface streamlining and system integration.
