You will architect and maintain PeopleSoft NA Payroll and Benefits solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement PeopleSoft NA Payroll and Benefits architecture.
- Troubleshoot and enhance payroll processes.
- Manage project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee stakeholder management for payroll initiatives.
Required Skills
- 10+ years in PeopleSoft Payroll and enterprise implementations.
- Expertise in PeopleSoft NA Payroll & Benefits architecture.
- Proficiency with PeopleTools: Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces.
- Experience with SQR, PS Query, and BI Publisher.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server (Windows & RHEL) and SQL.
- Experience with Workday and Informatica integrations.
- Familiarity with SDLC project management and deployment.
- Skills in Technical Leadership and Maintenance.
- Proficiency in Project Documentation and Stakeholder Management.
