You will manage functional analysis and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM payroll and benefits modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and develop functional specifications for Payroll and Benefits to improve departmental efficiency.
• Maintain PeopleSoft product tables related to Payroll and Benefits.
• Present business requirements to development teams and validate solutions through testing.
• Provide helpdesk support for HR applications, specifically within the Benefits and Payroll modules.
• Assist Comptroller Department leadership with payroll processing, testing, and knowledge transfer to internal staff.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 or 9.2.
• Deep knowledge of payroll processing, W2, State, Federal, and FLSA reporting.
• Experience with complex benefits enrollment and integration between Time & Labor and Payroll modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, SQR, XML Publisher, and Crystal Reports.
• Understanding of Oracle database latest versions.
• Experience defining external interface requirements for payroll results with financial companies and vendors.
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Business, or a related field.
