Description

You will design, configure, and develop enhancements for the PeopleSoft HCM application within an Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Payroll environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full development lifecycle from initial design through to production migration.
• Manage PeopleSoft Image updates, tax updates, and patches to ensure system currency.
• Resolve customer requests within established SLAs and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 application support.
• Collaborate with business analysts during fit-gap sessions and provide technical guidance on system administration and operating problems.
• Ensure all developed products conform to Section 508 Accessibility requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application development for complex systems.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules and Oracle/PeopleSoft tools including Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, Shell Scripting, and Data Mover.
• Strong Oracle database management skills, specifically PL/SQL, query tuning, and Application Change Assistant.
• Expertise in SQL, database querying, and query optimization.
• Experience with Informatica IICS development and ETL configuration.
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Technical familiarity with AWS Redshift, Cognos Reporting, and Linux shell scripting.
• Experience with data warehousing life cycles and connectivity requirements including network/firewall rules.
• Knowledge of collaboration and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, or Mobius.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service delivery standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex hybrid architectures across physical and cloud platforms.
