Description

Provide end-to-end functional support for HR systems in a large-scale project environment.

Responsibilities

• Support PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, SABA LMS, and Figtree.
• Map business processes to system solutions and identify functional gaps.
• Specify and communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Apply Oracle release methodology for system patching.
• Support Global Payroll rules writing, Absence Management, and Core HR.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional analysis or ERP support.
• Functional expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM, SABA LMS, and Figtree.
• Experience managing Oracle release methodology and patching.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into technical system solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules.
