Description

Lead implementation and support for PeopleSoft Pension Administration, configuring benefit calculations and managing enterprise pension workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and post-implementation support of PeopleSoft Pension Administration.
• Configure benefit calculations within PeopleSoft HCM, Base Benefits, and Pension Administration modules.
• Manage pension administration tables, configurations, and workflows using PeopleSoft HR application tables.
• Identify business process improvements and enterprise solutions for core pension administration practices.
• Support interfaces between Pension Administration and OA B and Payroll modules.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HCM and PeopleSoft Base Benefits.
• Expert-level configuration of PeopleSoft Pension Administration and benefit calculations.
• Deep understanding of defined benefit and retiree payment principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and PeopleSoft Query.
• Experience with People Tools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Technical knowledge of BI Publisher, SQR, and COBOL.
• Experience using OBIEE for pension administration data.
• Functional expertise as an ERP Business Analyst.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex interfaces with Payroll and OA B modules.
