Description

You will lead and manage multiple concurrent PeopleSoft projects through their full lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including charters, plans, communications, kickoff presentations, and status reports.
• Direct project meetings to review tasks, issues, risks, and resolutions with stakeholders.
• Oversee user testing by managing scenario workbooks, compiling metrics, and documenting defects.
• Coordinate go-live task lists and manage team resources and timesheets.
• Lead specific initiatives including PeopleSoft DR to Oracle OCI, GASB101 reporting, and HCM PUM Upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Direct experience managing PeopleSoft DR to Oracle OCI migrations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience facilitating user testing and defect documentation.
• Skill in stakeholder management and status reporting.
• Ability to manage project risks and issue resolution.
• Experience with HCM PUM Upgrades and PT8.62.
