Description

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM/Financials 9.2 upgrade projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing, and validation processes to ensure PeopleSoft solution integrity.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of industrial experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience specifically across PeopleSoft projects.
• Direct experience managing PeopleSoft HCM/Financials 9.2 upgrade projects.
• Proven ability to manage global projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to provide daily one-hour handshakes with offshore project managers in India.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to define project objectives.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.
