Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PeopleSoft HCM and Financials upgrade projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM/Financials 9.2 upgrade projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, end-users, vendors, and executive leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
• Oversee quality assurance processes, testing, validation, and change management initiatives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of industrial experience.
• 5+ years of Project Manager experience specifically across PeopleSoft projects.
• Direct experience managing PeopleSoft HCM/Financials 9.2 upgrade projects.
• Experience working on global projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to perform in a customer-facing role.
• Availability to provide a daily one-hour handshake with offshore Project Managers in India.
• Any Graduate degree.
