Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for PeopleSoft HCM applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for PeopleSoft HCM functions, including Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Conduct end-to-end testing covering data validation, system integration, and UAT support.
• Create reports detailing test results, defects, and identified risks.
• Utilize ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for planning, executing, and tracking test activities.
• Lead testing efforts and collaborate directly with clients.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, On-Boarding).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits.
• Expertise in STLC methodologies and QA best practices.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium for automation testing.
• Experience with ALM, Jira, and ClickUp.
• Experience leading a testing team.
• 10+ years total working experience.
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
