Description

You will own the quality assurance and testing lifecycle for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and cases for PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, and Recruitment.
• Conduct end-to-end testing with data validation and system integration for HR processes.
• Generate reports detailing test results, defects, and risks.
• Manage test planning and execution using ALM, Jira, and ClickUp.
• Lead testing efforts while directly engaging with the client.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, On-Boarding).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits.
• Proficiency in project management tools: ALM, Jira, and ClickUp.
• Experience implementing STLC methodologies and QA best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading a testing team and client interaction.
• Knowledge of QA testing processes and defect tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Automation testing experience using Selenium with Java.
• Familiarity with UiPath.
