Description

You will own the quality assurance and testing lifecycle for PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, leading testing efforts and collaborating directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, and Onboarding.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, ensuring data validation and system integration for PS HCM.
• Track test results, defects, and risks using established QA methodologies and STLC best practices.
• Utilize project management tools like ALM, Jira, and ClickUp for comprehensive test planning and tracking.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Core HCM modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, On-Boarding).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing for HR, Recruitment, and Benefits workflows.
• Expertise in using project management tools (ALM, Jira, ClickUp).
• Experience with STLC methodologies and QA best practices.
• Proven experience leading a testing team.
• Proficiency in QA Testing processes.
• Familiarity with Java and Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UiPath for automation.
