Description

You will manage security configurations for PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management systems, focusing on FSCM 9.2 modules and PeopleTools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer security for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal.
• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Fluid and Workcenter security settings.
• Query PeopleTools tables using SQL to identify security gaps or requirements.
• Conduct formal work sessions and analysis presentations for business stakeholders and SMEs.
• Create formal documentation based on identified business requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Security Administrator on FSCM implementation or upgrade projects.
• 8+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal security.
• 8+ years of experience managing PeopleSoft Fluid and Workcenter security.
• 8+ years of experience querying PeopleTools tables with SQL.
• 8+ years of experience in requirement identification and formal documentation.
• 8+ years of experience conducting formal work sessions and analysis presentations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, Jira, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector organizations or CPA CAPPS Financials.
• Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts, or Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Experience with Scrum framework, STAT, or SharePoint.
