Description

You will serve as the functional lead for data conversion, system integration, and root-cause analysis within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion efforts, including mapping data fields and performing root-cause analysis on legacy PeopleSoft applications.
• Manage the integration of core HRMMS 8.8 modules, covering HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Payroll.
• Research system problems using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and SQL to identify and resolve data issues.
• Analyze processing requirements between upstream and downstream systems to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate technical and functional communication between end-users and developers to align solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional PeopleSoft analysis.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HRMMS 8.8 modules: HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and Payroll.
• Proficiency in writing SQL and reading PeopleCode for technical research and debugging.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven track record in data conversion projects and complex field mapping.
• Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis on legacy system data.
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
