Description

You will act as a functional and technical bridge within a PeopleSoft environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions with end users.
• Analyze PeopleSoft architecture and underlying table structures to support business needs.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Support business processes within CRM, HCM, and FIN modules.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of business analysis experience specifically within PeopleSoft environments.
• 6+ years of experience reading and creating SQL.
• 6+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.
• 4+ years of experience performing business analysis in CRM, HCM, and FIN modules.
• 4+ years of experience facilitating design sessions with end-user communities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
