Description

You will maintain, configure, and optimize the PeopleSoft environment to support HR business processes, compliance, and organizational changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into PeopleSoft configurations and enhancements.
• Configure and customize Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Time and Labor, and Time and Attendance modules.
• Support year-end activities, including W-2 (U.S.), T-4 (Canada), and benefits changes or interfaces.
• Lead data migration and integration efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and review release notes to assess business impact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft implementation, configuration, and support.
• Proficiency in PeopleTools, MOD Migrations, and SQR development (including retrofitting and testing).
• Experience with scheduling tools, specifically Autosys, and working within Linux environments with basic command-line knowledge.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Ability to perform system testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience with Jump Box usage and secure access protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Broadcom task scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of project planning, estimation, and agile methodologies.
