Description

You will lead the PeopleTools engine upgrade to version 8.60 for the RET-NYCAPS system.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PeopleTools upgrade process, including due diligence and fit-gap analysis.
• Run upgrade scripts and perform necessary system configurations.
• Create and retrofit existing code to ensure compatibility with the new engine.
• Conduct full unit and regression testing for integration web services, interfaces, and reports.
• Manage technical support by opening and tracking Oracle support tickets for database and PeopleSoft issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft techno-functional roles.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft 8.x/9.x, specifically version 9.2.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App Designer, and SQL Developer.
• Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM Database model.
• Working knowledge of Application Messaging and Integration Broker.
• Proven track record of managing PeopleSoft interfaces into legacy and third-party systems.
• Experience with full-lifecycle PeopleSoft HR or Benefits Administration implementations.
• Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working within large-scale, enterprise-wide implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting HR and Benefits Administration processes.
