Description

Manage PeopleSoft HR and Benefits Administration modules as a techno-functional expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, or Benefits Administration implementations.
• Document technical and functional processes for HR, Payroll, and Benefits workflows.
• Manage PeopleSoft interfaces connecting to legacy and third-party systems.
• Maintain and develop PeopleSoft HCM components using PeopleCode and App Designer.
• Utilize Integration Broker and app messaging to manage system connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft techno-functional roles.
• Extensive experience with PeopleSoft 9.x, specifically version 9.2.
• Proven track record of five full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, App Designer, and Toad.
• Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM Database model.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and app messaging.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical/business discipline.
