Description

You will own the technical implementation and customization of PeopleSoft HCM modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customizations using PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Fluid UI.
• Integrate PeopleSoft with external third-party systems via IB Web Services.
• Process data using Application Engine and Data Mover for efficient data handling.
• Implement solutions within PeopleSoft HCM 9.2+ modules, including Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft technical consulting.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2+ covering Core HR, NA Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
• Proficiency with PeopleTools 8.55+, including AWE and App Designer.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleCode, COBOL SQL, and SQR.
• Experience with Query Manager and database interactions.
