Description

You will lead the implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and enhancements while supporting existing production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis, planning, and requirements definition for PeopleSoft HCM functionality.
• Map business processes to PeopleSoft functionalities and develop functional architectures to meet business requirements.
• Design and develop reports and PeopleSoft queries to meet HCM user needs.
• Conduct end-to-end and system integration testing for new functionalities.
• Collaborate with application designers and stakeholders to complete system enhancement designs and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of functional and technical experience in PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 or higher.
• Extensive experience with Human Resources, Compensation, Position Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Benefits Administration, and Talent Acquisition Management/Candidate Gateway modules.
• 10+ years of experience building moderate to complex PeopleSoft queries.
• 10+ years of experience writing DQL and DML SQL scripts.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle PeopleSoft implementations, including design, build, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft self-service functions.
• Strong understanding of relational database design and functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Experience working on state government projects.
