Description

You will develop and maintain critical financial applications within the PeopleSoft ecosystem, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to documentation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM modules including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Costing.
• Write and optimize PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQRs, and BI Publisher reports.
• Build Component Interfaces and Integration Broker services for external system integration.
• Perform impact analysis and retrofitting during PeopleTools and FSCM application upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across production and development environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with FSCM modules.
• Expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x+, including PeopleCode, App Engine, and Component Interface.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes: GL, AP, AR, AM, and Project Costing.
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including performance tuning.
• Experience with data conversion and integration development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BI Publisher report development.
• Background in retrofitting during major application upgrades.
