Description

You will serve as the technical and functional expert for PeopleSoft HCM systems, mapping business processes to system solutions and resolving functional gaps.

Responsibilities

• Configure PeopleSoft HCM modules to align with specific business requirements.
• Analyze system requirements to deliver effective technical and functional resolutions.
• Develop and maintain solutions using PeopleTools.
• Translate complex business processes into technical system solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and configuration.
• Deep functional understanding of PeopleSoft HCM.
• Hands-on expertise with PeopleTools.
• Broad knowledge across the entire PeopleSoft HCM application suite.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
