Description

You will manage technical and functional requirements within the PeopleSoft HCM ecosystem, focusing on data architecture, migration, and validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PeopleSoft HCM data architecture, including tables, records, and components.
• Design and implement data extraction scripts using SQL, PS Query, and SQR.
• Perform data cleansing, normalization, and validation to ensure migration readiness.
• Document detailed data mapping, transformation logic, and migration procedures.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve data issues and support post-migration validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Expertise in SQL, PS Query, and SQR.
• Proven experience in ETL development and data migration processes.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits).
• Proficiency with PeopleTools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex data issues.
• Experience with HR Modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ETL processes.
