Description

You will serve as the technical and functional lead for Allscripts Supply Chain PMM and PeopleSoft modules, bridging the gap between business needs and system execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for business applications by applying design principles and technical analysis.
• Manage operational system support, incident resolution, and creation of functional/technical specifications.
• Translate complex end-user requirements into actionable documentation for in-house developers and third-party vendors.
• Execute PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade design initiatives, including detailed design documents and regression testing.
• Create regression and integration test plans for baseline functions and system enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in functional and technical support for enterprise software.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, query creation, and data extraction/organization.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft modules including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Student AR.
• Proven ability to conduct data analysis and system requirements gathering.
• Experience with system upgrades and specialized regression testing.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Production of training materials to support system change management and user adoption.
