Description

Lead technical and functional delivery for Allscripts Supply Chain PMM and PeopleSoft modules, bridging business requirements with system execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions for business applications using design principles and technical analysis.
• Manage operational system support, incident resolution, and functional/technical specification creation.
• Execute PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade design initiatives, including detailed design documents and regression testing.
• Translate complex end-user requirements into actionable documentation for developers and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of functional and technical support for enterprise software.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, and Accounts Receivable modules.
• Proficiency in SQL, query creation, and data extraction/organization.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Student AR.
• Proven ability to conduct data analysis and system requirements gathering.
• Experience with system upgrades and specialized regression testing.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Production of training materials to support system change management and user adoption.
