Description

You will design, develop, and execute test strategies to ensure the performance and implementation of PeopleSoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Financials, and CRM.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, QTP, or PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Manage the defect lifecycle using JIRA or ALM, including participating in triage meetings.
• Conduct performance testing and monitor system stability, response times, and scalability.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test data and assisting end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, CRM).
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, QTP, and PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
• Proficiency in SQL for test data validation.
• Experience using JIRA or ALM for defect tracking and management.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration points.
• Proven ability to execute both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
