Description

You will design and execute test strategies for PeopleSoft applications to ensure performance and correct implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, and CRM modules.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, QTP, or PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Manage the defect lifecycle in JIRA or ALM and participate in triage meetings.
• Conduct performance testing to monitor stability, response times, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software testing experience focused on PeopleSoft modules.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, QTP, and PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Proficiency in SQL for test data validation.
• Experience with JIRA or ALM for defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration points.
• Ability to execute both manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
