Description

You will own the design, development, and execution of test strategies for PeopleSoft applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials, CRM).
• Execute integration, functional, regression, and performance tests.
• Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, QTP, or PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA or HP ALM, participating in triage meetings.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft testing (HCM, FSCM, CRM).
• Proficiency in Selenium, QTP, and PeopleSoft Test Framework.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools: JIRA and HP ALM.
• Deep understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and module functionalities.
• Ability to write and execute both manual and automated test cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Background in any graduate discipline.
